Hypnotherapy and stress management (established
1998 free no obligation. intial consultation
(30 mins approx).
It is usually possible for a first proper
session to take place immediately after
the initial consultation, if the client
wishes.
Sessions are available Mondays-Thursdays,
9.30am-7.30pm.
Face-to-face sessions are always preferable,
but a distance service is available for
client unable to travel to cockshutt.
Hypnotherapy is the natural easy pleasant,
drug-free way to deal with a wide range
of problems. some of the issues most frequently
dealt with are: smoking, weight control,
stress, confidence, self esteem, anxiety,
phobias, panic attacks, IBS, high blood
pressure, habits, obsessions, anger, performance,
concentration & examinations.
Hypnotherapy bears very very little resemblance
to hypnosis for entertainment.
The hypnotherapy is recorded & the client
takes the cd to practise at home - this
is an inportant part of the therapy. |
